Who is behind MOOWY?

Louis and Robert. We are two brothers with a passion for grass and online. Our mission is to help everyone to get and keep a vital garden in an easy way. See here our story.


Where are MOOWY products made?

Our raw materials come from the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. We package our products in Belgium. We do this at a sheltered workshop. Here, people with more distance to the labor market help us with packaging the products.

How do I share my enthusiasm for MOOWY?

How can I order?

Good question, you can order through here to offer the products that you want to receive in your shopping cart do and make safe. You can also call us on +32472386338. There we can answer any questions for you. If it is not possible to order online, you can also place the order by telephone or e-mail. We will then ensure that you receive a secure payment link by email.

How does the refund work?

    • If you return a product and we receive it in its original, unopened condition, we will refund the amount the same day to the same account that was paid with. An exception to this are the accessories. The packaging of the accessories may be opened, but the products must be unused and the packaging still in salable condition.

      The above conditions are not mandatory for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Where can I enter my discount code?

On the payment page, during checkout, you can enter the discount code. The discount will then be immediately deducted from the total amount.

Where can I find my order history?

Login here with your account to view your order history. Do not have an account? Then create one with the email address you used for previous orders. The previous order will then appear in your order history.

Which countries does MOOWY ship to?

How can I track my order?

    • After completing the order you will first receive a confirmation email. When your package has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your package with the carrier.

How are the products shipp

We pack the products in a sturdy bucket, bag or bottle. For orders with a large weight, we provide an extra sturdy box and sufficient filling material so that the products are delivered undamaged. For more information about shipping and delivery, please visit our Shipping and returns page.



Can I return my products?

If you want to return a product, you must contact our customer service. You will then receive a return form with which you can return your products. Stick the shipping label on the package and deliver it to a package point near you. If we have received the package back and the products are undamaged, the money will be refunded the same day. It may take a few days before it is in your account. Click here for all Shipping & Return conditions.

The Moowy return conditions are not mandatory for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Can I exchange a product?

Due to the wide range with different products, it is not possible to exchange them. We recommend returning the product, after receipt we will immediately refund the money to your account, after which you can place a new order in our webshop.


Do I have to pay for the return of products?

No, there are no costs associated with returning products.
