Our raw materials come from the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. We package our products in Belgium. We do this at a sheltered workshop. Here, people with more distance to the labor market help us with packaging the products.

• • If you return a product and we receive it in its original, unopened condition, we will refund the amount the same day to the same account that was paid with. An exception to this are the accessories. The packaging of the accessories may be opened, but the products must be unused and the packaging still in salable condition.

• • After completing the order you will first receive a confirmation email. When your package has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your package with the carrier.

We pack the products in a sturdy bucket, bag or bottle. For orders with a large weight, we provide an extra sturdy box and sufficient filling material so that the products are delivered undamaged. For more information about shipping and delivery, please visit our Shipping and returns page.

If you want to return a product, you must contact our customer service. You will then receive a return form with which you can return your products. Stick the shipping label on the package and deliver it to a package point near you. If we have received the package back and the products are undamaged, the money will be refunded the same day.
